As a Specialist Coordination and Disability Education service, we walk alongside you to help you understand your options, create opportunities, and navigate the system with confidence.

Whether you are just getting started or facing complex challenges, we are here to help you make sense of it all. We offer in-person and remote support across Melbourne and Victoria’s western districts, as well as remotely across the whole of Australia.

Proven Outcomes for Complex Support

We navigate the challenging spaces where other services hit barriers, and help you work out the options to move forward.

Our work includes building collaborative complex care teams, gathering critical evidence, and supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes through pathways such as the Human Rights Commission and the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).

We have supported people through complex situations, from hospital discharge into stable living environments, to when Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) situations have have fallen short, and time sensitive, effective solutions are required.

Our focus is on addressing the barriers, bringing the right people together, identifying risks early, and ensuring the right supports, services, and evidence are in place, so no-one falls through the gaps.

We provide detailed NDIS plan evaluations, reviewing your supports, goals, reports, and funding to identify gaps and opportunities. Our approach ensures your plan works for you now and into the future, and is successfully implemented, while also strengthening evidence for reassessments, reviews, and appeals.

We offer flexible appointments and remote support, making it easier to access help in a way that suits you.

Our model of Specialist Coordination and Disability Consultancy, delivered via direct services, 1:1 Online Sessions, E-courses and personalised group training simplify the NDIS, covering everything from implementing your NDIS plan to navigating the system, reports and evidence, to complex reviews and appeals.
