We provide a comprehensive plan assessment service over a three to six week period, enabling participants to understand, implement and utilise their plan as effectively as possible.

This may also assist in being prepared for plan reviews and appeals.

This includes an in-depth document review, budget analysis, assessment of current and future services and supports, as well as an action plan based on your individual circumstances.

This service may be funded via some NDIS Plans, or can be privately self-funded.

Online, one hour one to one sessions and group workshops are available to assist individuals, community groups, small businesses and large organisations to navigate the disability landscape.

Mentoring is available for disability service providers for skill building, reflective practice or case reviews.
